  • The window

I had not realised, when I complained about the stress and disruption of the extension, that afterwards I would be left with something that I enjoy every day. It’s all lovely, but the hands down winner for me is the window in our bedroom. Through it I can watch the clouds go past, the sky…

  • Nature interrupts

  • You are of use

It is easy to think that in a world of visible achievement, you are looking on with no idea of what on earth you can contribute.

  • Something sweet

I’ve been pondering over all the things we have at our disposal that can turn our bad days into good ones.

  • Don’t let the memories

Of ‘better times’ stop you from making more right now.
