Can you remember that story about Winnie the Pooh where he eats so much that he can’t get out of rabbit’s house?

I have encountered a number of people who are stuck in an unpleasant situation and need a way out. Do you ever feel like that?

Since the OT told me our house is unsuitable, lots of people have been very kindly keeping an eye out for any bungalows that are for sale. One problem: I am not ready to leave. You could say I’m stuck. A separate horrible situation has made a few people I know stuck in different ways as well.

Maybe if you can’t see a way out you could try praying? The lines of a familiar song came to mind yesterday, ‘God will make a way where there seems to be no way’.

When Pooh is rammed into rabbit’s house, rabbit tries to cover him up with a shelf and a picture frame! That is making the most of a bad situation I suppose! Sometimes it does help to look at things in a different way.

I truly hope you are not stuck or out of options. My option is pray. Or get a group of friends to help you out, just like Winnie. There’s a drawing of Kanga, Roo, and other animals pulling Pooh out of rabbit’s house. I know that some situations seem just impossible, and change is a dream away.

For all you stuck people, I am praying. Don’t give up. There must be a rescue on the way for you yet. 🙏
