How capable you or your children are when changes come. When I am going over all the things racing round my head, I am always filled with anxiety and trepidation. The questions are ‘will they manage all of this?’ or ‘will I be able to survive?’ It hit me yesterday that I was looking at everything so negatively, and forgetting the strength that my children and I have.

If I just look at the determination and staying power of my parents I can see that nothing is accidental. So, if you look back at the people who went before you, you will find the strength to face whatever lies ahead.

Through all this there lies a current of strength that comes from faith. You can never step out into any storm without the certainty that comes from the One who made the storm and knows how to calm it. I am so thankful that my family know this and I pray that you will know it too. There is no courage without it.
