St Anthony’s is a church under threat – the money is running out, the fabric of the building is crumbling. A property magnate is poised to turn it into luxury apartments. Its vicar, Liz, stubbornly keeps the doors open to the wayfarers that pass by, believing that this act of charity will be enough to save it. Over the course of several months, a number of lost souls are drawn in through the doors. But is that enough to save St Anthony’s? Will they disappear into the shadows again, or will St Anthony, the saint of lost things, live up to his name and keep them all together?
